2. When Does TYRCEO Collects Your Personal Data?

  • Via the “book a demo” form: TYRCEO website offers a dedicated form where users can request a demo of the Tesela technological platform.
  • Via email and postal correspondence: Users may reach TYRCEO via the designated email address info@tesela.tyrceo.com or postal address (Calle Fluvià, 1, Bajos – 07009 – Palma de Mallorca, Spain) to submit inquiries, complaints, claims, CVs, or other communications.
  • Through Cookies: TYRCEO website uses cookies to collect information about user navigation. We recommend reviewing our Cookie Policy for more detailed information.
  • During subscription to the ORAIN Newsletter: Personal data is collected when users subscribe to receive updates about our services and promotional offers.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

TYRCEO processes personal data for the purposes and based on the legal grounds outlined below:

  • To assist, manage, and respond to inquiries, requests, comments, complaints, or claims submitted by users through any of the channels enabled for such purposes.
    • Legal Basis: Consent granted by the user when submitting their inquiry or request (Article 6.1(a) GDPR).
  • For recruitment purposes, if the user submits their application to work with TYRCEO. The data will be used to assess the application and manage a potential employment relationship.
    • Legal Basis: Consent provided by the user when submitting their application.
  • For sending commercial communications via email when users subscribe to TYRCEO’s Newsletter.
    • Legal Basis: Consent provided by the user through the subscription form. Where a prior contractual relationship exists, communications regarding similar services will be sent based on TYRCEO’s legitimate interests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to judicial or administrative resolutions, including disclosing personal data to law enforcement authorities in cases where TYRCEO or its authorized personnel suspect potential unlawful or criminal activity.
    • Legal Basis: Compliance with TYRCEO’s legal obligations (Article 6.1(c) GDPR).

For services requiring a contractual relationship, personal data processing will be governed by the information provided during the contracting process.
